At the same time, thanks to the CIP Leader II, she worked as an agent of tourism development in the hinterland of Vasto, the town where she lives. Later, again thanks to the ESF, she started writing projects for several VET Centers accredited at the Abruzzo Region. In 2003, with the Socrates Programme, she decided to write EU project proposals involving schools, VET Centers and Associations, interested in developing transnational partnerships. Over the years, thanks to the implementation of numerous projects, she has been able to consolidate her expertise as EU projects expert as well as to develop a dense network of national and European contacts. With regard to mobility, Fabiana wrote and managed for Italian and Spanish organisations, numerous Leonardo projects sending abroad more than 500 trainees. Over 60% of them found work in Italy and abroad within one year from the conclusion of their work experience. In 2011, she decided to establish Submeet to offer valuable work experience to students/trainees coming from other European Countries. In four years, the association is growing up very quickly to the point that it is able to arrange internship in different Italian locations, according to the areas of interest.
